Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Gentle Sweet click here for a link to order Gentle Sweet
  • 4 cups Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Combine the Gentle Sweet and milk in a saucepan and put over medium-low heat. Whisk until the Gentle Sweet is completely dissolved.
  • Once the Gentle Sweet is completely dissolved the only time you should whisk it is when it’s foaming up and about to overflow. A gentle whisk will make the foam die back down.
  • Continue to simmer for 45 mins or until the heavy cream has reduced by 1⁄2.
  • Once the heavy cream is reduced, transfer it to an airtight container and allow to cool before placing the lid on the container. When it’s completely cooled, place the lid on and store in the fridge or freezer. See the pro-tips section above for helpful tips on storage.
