Ingredients

  • 1 Recipe Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream click the ingredient for a link to the recipe
  • 6 Pack Strawberry Zevia click the ingredient for a link to purchase
  • Sugar Free Whipped Cream
  • 1 lb. Fresh Strawberries (optional for garnish & color)

Instructions

  • Dice 6 strawberries and put them into a doubled-up paper towel. Wrap the paper towel around the strawberries and squeeze out about 1 tbsp into each glass. Every flavor of Zevia is clear so this step is just to give the soda some color. If you’re okay with the soda being clear then proceed to step 2. Another option is to add the diced strawberries to the glass just as they are. Fresh Strawberries are never a bad thing!
  • Slowly pour the Zevia in the glass until it’s about half full or half empty LOL.
  • Scoop 2-3 scoops (1/4 cup=1 scoop) of the Strawberry Zevia into the glass. Top off the glass with more Zevia and garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry.
