Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Good Quality Dark or Milk Chocolate
  • 6 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp  Butter

Instructions

Instructions:

  • 1. Pour the heavy cream along with the butter into a medium saucepot. Place over medium heat until almost boiling. Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
  • 2. While the heavy cream is heating up, chop the chocolate into small pieces. The smaller the better as they will melt easier. Put the chocolate in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  • 3. When the heavy cream is heated, remove it from the heat and pour it over the chocolate. Let sit for a few seconds then stir making sure all the chocolate is melted. If all of your chocolate didn’t melt you can gently heat it on the stove over low heat until all of the chunks are gone.
