These Strawberry Ice Cream Soda Floats are the perfect summer treat for everyone. They are sugar free but will satisfy even the sweetest sweet tooth!

Just in time for what is shaping up to be one HOT summer. I am so excited to finally leave the house, be outside and enjoy some classic summertime treats. This Strawberry Ice Cream Soda is sugar free but full of flavor. It’s cold and creamy, think cream soda but strawberry flavored!!!

Don’t take my word for it, try it! My girls love it and so did the friends we had over recently for a dinner party. Our best-friends also eat sugar free and when they saw these they thought we were going off our diet plan. They were shocked when I told them they were sugar free!!

PRO-TIPS:

  • If you’ve ever had a Zevia soda you know that every flavor is clear so in order to make this treat more visually appealing you can squeeze some fresh strawberry juice in the glass first to change the Zevia to pink.

Yeild:

4 Ice Cream Sodas

Ingredients:

1 Recipe – Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream (click the ingredient for a link to the recipe)
6 Pack – Strawberry Zevia (click the ingredient for a link to purchase)
Sugar Free Whipped Cream
1 lb. – Fresh Strawberries (optional for garnish & color)

Instructions:

1. This step is optional and is only for color. Please note that this step may add extra carbs and sugar. Dice 6 strawberries and put them into a doubled-up paper towel. Wrap the paper towel around the strawberries and squeeze out about 1 tbsp into each glass.

Every flavor of Zevia is clear so this step is just to give the soda some color. If you’re okay with the soda being clear then proceed to step 2.

Another option is to add the diced strawberries to the glass just as they are. Fresh Strawberries are never a bad thing!

2. Slowly pour the Zevia in the glass until it’s about half full or half empty LOL.

3. Scoop 2-3 scoops of the Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream into the glass. Top off the glass with more Zevia and garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry.
