1 cup 2% MilkYou may need extra at the end of mixing if your dough is too dry.
1/4cup Avacado OilYou can you any oil without a strong flavor.
1/4 cupHoney
2largeEggs
1cupOld Fashioned Rolled Oats
3cupsAll Purpose Flour
2tspSalt
1tbspBaking Powder
1tspBaking Soda
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, oil, honey and eggs. Once those ingredients are thoroughly combined add the oats and allow them to soak for 1 hour.
After letting your oats soak for an hour preheat your oven to 350°. Prepare your loaf pan by spraying it with non-stick spray. Combine your dry ingredients in a separate bowl from the wet ingredients.
This part goes kinda fast but remember to do it gently and to not over mix the dough. Add the oat mixture to the dry ingredients and gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet until it’s all combined. You will know you’re done when there is no visible flour. If you find you dough is very dry add a tablespoon of milk and mix in gently. AS SOON AS the dough comes together transfer it to the loaf pan and put it in the oven. Bake for 55-65 mins. If you can see the bread getting too brown on top place a sheet of foil over it to stop the browning.
To remove your bread from the pan run a knife between the outer edges of the bread and the pan to release the sides then flip the pan upside down on a cooling rack. Flip the bread back over and allow to cool.
