Parmesan Snack Crisps

Use this recipe to make these quick and easy Parmesan Snack Crisps. They can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for fuss-free snacking.

Ingredients:
- 1 - 5 oz Parmesan Cheese Wedge
- All of the seasonings you can think of!
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely grate the parmesan.
Scoop a level tablespoon of cheese into piles on the baking sheet. The cheese spreads out a little so make sure you leave about 1 inch of space. Sprinkle your choice of seasoning on each pile.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5 mins.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool. Store in container or plastic baggie in the fridge.

Special Note for Trim Healthy Mamas:
This delicious snack is one of my favorites but a bit high in calories, after all, it is just cheese. The serving size is about 5 crisps but you could eat 2 servings if you wanted but make sure this S snack is in line with whatever you've eaten if you're eating within 3 hours of your last meal.
