  • 14 4oz Condiment Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Quart Half & Half
  • 1 Cup Truvia
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a small sauce pot add the half & half and bring to a light simmer on medium heat. Make sure the heat isn't too high, half & half scorches pretty easily so just keep an eye on it and stir frequently.
  • Once the half and half is simmering, add the cocoa powder and whisk until it's completely incorporated.
  • Add the Truvia and stir until dissolved.
  • Once the cocoa powder is completely dissolved, add the peppermint extract and stir.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once it's had a chance to cool a bit, 10-15 mins, pour the creamer into the continent cups until each one is about 3/4 full.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer or a few in each
