- 1 Quart Half & Half
- 1 Cup Truvia
- 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
In a small sauce pot add the half & half and bring to a light simmer on medium heat. Make sure the heat isn't too high, half & half scorches pretty easily so just keep an eye on it and stir frequently.
Once the half and half is simmering, add the cocoa powder and whisk until it's completely incorporated.
Add the Truvia and stir until dissolved.
Once the cocoa powder is completely dissolved, add the peppermint extract and stir.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once it's had a chance to cool a bit, 10-15 mins, pour the creamer into the continent cups until each one is about 3/4 full.
Store in the fridge or freezer or a few in each
