These Strawberry Yogurt Pops are the perfect summer snack for both kids and adults. They are sugar free and packed with fruit and protein.

I created this recipe really out of necessity because I accidentally ordered WAY TOO MUCH greek yogurt with my grocery order. Obviously, I didn’t want to waste it so I was trying to think of what I could do with it, besides ranch, and I remembered the Yogurt Outshine Bars my girls loved.

We don’t buy those anymore because of all the garbage they have in them but I thought surely I could make them much more clean and healthy and it worked! My girls have run through 2 batches of these in the last week and are asking for more. They taste like frozen strawberry cheesecake. They are so delicious and a snack you can feel good about giving your kids and yourself.

Get your kids involved because Lord knows we are all trying to keep our kids busy through this quarantine and this is a great way for them to learn about nutrition and experimentation.

Tools Needed:

Popsicle Molds
Blender

Ingredients:

17.6 oz – Greek Yogurt (I used Fage 0% Greek yogurt)
3 tbsp – Truvia
1 lb. – Fresh Strawberries
4 oz – Cream Cheese
1 tbsp. – Vanilla

Instructions:

1. Start by washing your strawberries. Set 6 strawberries aside to be added later. If you don’t want pieces of fresh fruit in your popsicles don’t set any strawberries aside. Cut the tops off and quarter the remaining strawberries then add them to the blender.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend them on high until all the ingredients are incorporated and there are no more large visible pieces of strawberries left.

All ingredients in a mixer

3. Pour the mixture from the blender into a bowl. Dice the reserved strawberries and stir into the blended mixture. Transfer the mixture into a container that makes it easy to pour into the popsicle moulds. I used a large pyrex measuring cup.
